Mail Templates​

Onboarding users into business applications can be a tedious process, made worse by the fact that every application has a different onboarding experience. But don't worry, we've got you covered!

Introducing our Mail Template Engine - a powerful tool that's built right into Apporetum. With our in-browser email template engine, you can customise your emails to suit your needs. You can specify when, how, and to whom notifications are sent - making the onboarding process a breeze. We've made it easy for you to stay up-to-date with membership changes, application configuration changes, and new system admins, among other things. With our Mail Template Engine, you can customise your notifications to ensure that your users are always in the loop.

A new and improved CSV Experience​

We heard you loud and clear. We understand that CSV data sources are critical for supporting your legacy systems, and that's why we've improved the CSV experience.

Our updated CSV feature comes packed with a range of nice-to-have capabilities that will simplify your workflow. We've added features such as auto-detection of dates, early validation, auto-header mapping, and auto-adoption of App Roles - just to name a few. Our goal is to make your experience with CSV data sources as seamless as possible, so you can focus on what matters. Try it out and see for yourself. As always your feedback is welcome.

You looking to give birthrights or multiple roles to accounts from a single form? Maybe even across multiple applications? Well, we have made that easy. Access packages are the perfect way to map a business role into an application roles.

Dynamic Guardrails​

Want to get really specific with your guardrails? Maybe down to the exact property of an account or account type? We are going to allow you to do that with just a few clicks of of mouse without having to write complex expressions.

Organisations​

Organisations can us used to integrate to Entra External ID CIAM sign-in sign-up flows or to divide your B2B and member accounts into different organisational units.

Native integration to Entra API-driven inbound provisioning​

WApporetum can now natively integrate with Microsoft Entra API-driven inbound provisioning. Apporetum can consume data feeds from multiple workforce feeds (System of Record) consolidate them and push the changes through the Entra API-driven inbound provisioning. It allows organizations to send authoritative identity data to Microsoft Entra ID. This data is used to automatically create, update, and delete user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID or on-premises Active Directory.

Identity Insights​

We have delivered you a reporting capability out of the box. All the reports you need to run an identity practice - All Accounts, Dormant Accounts, External Accounts, Orphaned Accounts, Incomplete Information, External Pending Accounts, Accounts by Password Last Reset, Accounts SignIn Activity, Account Status, Disabled accounts, Memberships by Role, Member By Account Type, Memberships By Account, and many more. If there is not a report you want, we also give you a custom reporting and graphing capability.
